How to Uninstall or Install wesnoth on Ubuntu 22.04

If you only want to play over the network with other players or want to play only a few campaigns you just need to install the wesnoth-core package and the wanted campaign packages. In this tutorial, I will show you ways to install wesnoth Ubuntu 22.04.

Install wesnoth using APT

This is one of the most popular methods for installing Ubuntu packages because it’s easy to follow, even if you are a newbie in Linux. Following these steps to get wesnoth on your Ubuntu 22.04.

Step 1: The APT package repository cache needs to be updated before you try to install, update, or remove any packages. Update the APT database to download new packages from Ubuntu. Opening the terminal and executing this Linux command:

sudo apt-get update
