How to Uninstall or Install liblatex-decode-perl on Ubuntu 22.04

The module LaTeX::Decode does (obviously) the opposite of LaTeX::Encode: it converts LaTeX input to Unicode. :) It also comes with a companion utility script, latex2utf8. In this tutorial, I will show you how to install liblatex-decode-perl on Ubuntu 22.04.
