How to Install and Uninstall clazy on Ubuntu 22.04

Clazy is a Clang plugin which extends the compiler with over 50 warnings related to Qt best practices ranging from unneeded memory allocations to API misuse. It’s an opensource project spawned by KDAB’s R&D efforts for better C++ tooling. I will show you how to install clazy on Ubuntu 22.04 in this tutorial.

Install clazy using APT

Step 1: The APT package repository cache needs to be updated before you try to install, update, or remove any packages. Update the APT database to download new packages from Ubuntu. Launching the terminal and entering the following Linux command:

sudo apt-get -y update

Step 2: Start the package installation on Ubuntu 22.04. After updating, you can install clazy Ubuntu by pasting this command into the terminal and pressing Enter.

sudo apt-get install clazy

Install clazy using Aptitude
