Ways to Uninstall or Install cl-local-time Ubuntu 22.04

local-time is a development library for manipulating date and time information in a semi-standard manner. It is based almost entirely off of Erik Naggum’s paper, The Long, Painful History of Time. I will show you how to install cl-local-time on Ubuntu 22.04 in this tutorial.
