Ways to Install and Uninstall cl-irc on Ubuntu 22.04

cl-irc provides a library for Common Lisp programs to interact with IRC servers. This library has been most tested with SBCL. Several example programs are provided. In this tutorial, I will show you how to install cl-irc on Ubuntu 22.04.

Install cl-irc using APT
